Annoying Blogger Problems
I'm glad that I can actually get into my blog tonight to post something. For quite awhile now, whenever I've thought about posting, the site takes forever to come up (especially since I have a dial-up connection). A few weeks ago, when i was posting the last entry, it took like an hour to post and publish—which was basically because the pages loaded soooooooo slow. Yay Blogger for fixing the problem!
Finding Forrester
Last Sunday, I watched the movie "Finding Forrester." It's about a high school student from the ghetto who discovers that a world-famous novelist lives down the street from where he plays basketball. Guess what the title of Forrester's book was? —"Avalon Landing" Can you believe it? I hadn't seen the movie before I created this blog. I have no idea if I saw a preview where the scene of the cover of the book was shown, and the title stayed in the back of my mind, or if I made the title up myself. I'd like to think that I made the title up. Anyway, I couldn't believe the title. It was strange; I felt like I had copied from the movie, but I didn't.
